Yellow Gravy
Rajasthan
are usually made using dry spices and herbs and other dry items like gram flour
and curd. Yellow gravy is a popular gram flour curry, usually served with
steamed rice and bread.

1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup sliced onion
1 lbs beaten curd
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ roasted cumin powder
1 ½ coriander powder
1 oz gram flour
2 oz boiled cashew paste
1 tbsp whole spices

Method-
Heat oil and add whole garam masala. Once it starts spluttering take it out and add onions

Cook the onions till it becomes
translucent
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook
for few minutes and then add all the powdered spices, red chilli powder and
continue cooking
Then add cashew paste,salt and cook
it.
Then remove the pan from fire and add
curd-gram flour mixture.
Cook on slow heat. Till oil comes on
top
Then strain the gravy and grind the
onion and strain it again and mix it to the gravy and serve.
